What if I find that counselling does not work for me?
The way I view myself, as a therapist, is a fellow traveller, being alongside yourself, following your thoughts and asking curious questions. I will not be telling you what to do, as I believe no one can possibly know you better that yourself; it would be arrogant and grandiose of me to think otherwise. Sometimes we all feel lost and need to regain our sense of who we are; I hope that I can help you gain clarity and make the best decisions you need to make for yourself. When you feel that our relationship is no longer working, I do hope that you are able to communicate that with me, as I want the best for you. It is extremely important to me that my clients feel free to express themselves without fear of being judged and I feel very proud when they are able to reach that point – if that has been an issue for them in the past. My aim is always to help my clients achieve emotional freedom, assertiveness, contentment and peace.
