I am endlessly curious about what motivates us to act the way we do and always in awe witnessing people’s ability to heal and grow. Even though my training was integrative, none of the theories can ever in themselves be enough in offering adequate explanations regarding human nature. We are far more complex and unpredictable, and for that reason I constantly try and learn more, both regarding human development as well as my own self and, like Abraham Maslow, I believe that:” Good psychology should include all the methodological techniques, without having loyalty to one method, one idea, or one person”.

Aside any professional training I go through as a therapist, the relationship between my clients and myself is an incredibly important vehicle in helping them to develop to their fullest potential. Research has consistently supported the importance of client-therapist relationship in treatment outcome. My style is approachable and warm that can help you feel understood and safe enough to explore any aspects of yourself. I believe in your capacity to heal and grow, in an atmosphere of respect and compassion. I will walk alongside you, helping you to explore your inner world and the meaning you give to that world. At times, I will challenge your thoughts in order to help you gain deeper awareness and insight and make the best choices you can make for yourself.
